Last time I contacted them was about an overcharge, at least it seemed as much. Agent quickly verified me and looked into account. I had forgotten that I had made a smallish purchase. Great card, but delay in payment to pay it off

I love having the flexibility of using a PayPal credit card while being protected on purchases. The only issue I have come across is the delay in paying off some/all of the credit card; I got charged a £12 late fee due to the delay, as I’m used to money going straight out of my account, and by the time I noticed a few pounds had already been spent on my debit card.
