Paypal review

I can rely on PayPal that my transaction is always safe and secure and that I can be confident I will get my money back if there is any malicious issues. I have not had to use the customer service so I can’t comment on that. I like the pay in 3 feature competitive with klarna but I would like it to be able to use this feature under £30.
