I bought a special product online for my Grandma from America and I am based in the UK the exchange rate I was offered by PayPal was really competitive and good. I have used pay in 3 several times and it's a very good option to have available, especially if you want to purchase an item and don't have enough to pay for it all at once , this gives me the option to pay for it over 3 manageable payment's also with 0% interest ,so is an excellent option to have.
