Confident and safe

I have always felt safe with PayPal in that any dispute with vendors has been resolved quickly and fairly. This gives me confidence in as much as I know when I pay by PayPal I am covered if anything goes wrong. Their Customer Service procedures are completely transparent and easy to use.
