Had a few issues with not getting payment reminders...

Had a few issues with not getting payment reminders which has subsequently resulted in a couple of late payments over a lengthy period of time. This negatively effected my credit and then received little to no effort from PayPal to make amends despite the late payments being, at most, 2 days late. Unfortunate sidenote to what has otherwise been a handy payment option. Reviewed on: 6th June 2024

Useful and straightforward service

I appreciate when the option to pay in three instalments pops up -- it gives me the option to plan my finances better, and occasionally buy something that I wouldn't have been able to afford without it. It's a straightforward service and I appreciate that it shows when you are pre-approved for the Pay in 3 service, and not having to go through filling out forms, creating accounts, being taken to multiple third party websites and so on, only to then find out you aren't approved for the service, and your effort was a waste of time.
