Avoid at all vosts

My.puppy had a seizure and was hospitalised by my vets.she was on drip and had various blood tests. She spent the day at my vets for observations. To cit a long story short we paid our vet bill of £775.00 and subsequently made a claim with our insurers..perfect pet. We received a payment 4 weeks later of £276.00 stating on the remittance tests we could have got cheaper treatment. I am absolutely fuming as l have no control what my vet charges and have cancelled this policy....please please do not use this company....they are just rip off merchants looking gor any excuse not to pay.... there is no way they've achieved a 5star recommendation and l would have given them a minus star if l voild...avoid at all costs!! Dual Policy
