Review of the Perfect Pet Insurance, Pet Insurance:

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

My dog came down suddenly with severe haemorrhage gastroenteritis. Clearly in severe pain ,discomfort vomiting blood and watery bloody stool. Contacted vet they were closed ,but advised based on dog frothing at mouth clearly unwell to attend emergency vet hospital as could be fatal if not treated and condition deteriorated. Claimed 500 refunded £47. Advised not covered by out of hours as did not attend vet hospital for lifesaving treatment! Absolute farce.
