THEY LOST A 10K TRANSFER!!!

Absolute scammers with no responsibility. They lost a 10K transfer from my Permanent TSB explore account to my WISE EU account. The details are correct. They have no clue where the money is after 3 weeks! They refused to provide proof of transfer (a simple PDF stating full name, bank details, amount sent, date, and currency) to have the receiver bank investigate too. Each time I need to explain what's going on again and again. No one takes responsibility. They only say, "we sent it" and that's all. Awful experience. We're opening a complaint with the Ombudsman and then taking this matter up with a solicitor if that does not help. DO NOT leave any monies here. If you have an issue, you're done for. I worked with many banks, and this is BY FAR the worse. Reviewed on: 15th February 2023

Dismal service after changing my account from another bank

Changed by bank account online. Still waiting for a debit card almost 4 weeks after initiating the change. Spoken to branch and online staff, still no sign of the debit card arriving. Extremely frustrating and such an inconvenience, advice from call centre staff poor it was real knucklehead advice. Reviewed on: 5th October 2015

Basic at best

It's a basic account, pretty much no thrills. What lets them down is some of the staff who seemingly feel harassed when minor questions are asked of them. Have been thinking of leaving for a while. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2015
