Not just a business but offers the personal touch too.

In times of anxiety when worried about a beloved pet’s health, I have always found Petplan to be very helpful and prompt in dealing with medical bills. Whenever I have spoken to anyone it doesn’t feel like they are just a business as they offer the personal touch through the way their staff interact during conversations as they appear to be genuinely interested in my pet and supportive towards me. Great Service

My dog has osteoarthritis and there is an ongoing series of claims being made which Petplan are paying. He also suffered another illness for which I hadn't bothered claiming, but Petplan must have picked it up on the Vets documentation and also paid for that too. I wasn't expecting it and was really pleased. Reviewed on: 21st August 2018

Fab! Hassle-Free!

We have been with Petplan since she was a few weeks old and never made a claim I've the last 8 years, but we had to claim for veterinary attention twice this year and both times the process has been simple, hassle-free and has certainly eased a burden off our minds. I’ve been with petplan for many years now and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone My black Labrador Jensen is six years old and has had two hip replacements has to have tablets for his joints Petplan has always paid the vet fees without hesitation fees amounting to well over £14000 over the years so well done petplan regards Richard Sarney Reviewed on: 18th August 2018

Pain free claim

Our gorgeous dog Pepper was suffering with severe weight loss which was a real worry. Eventually our Vet managed to sort the problem but it was quite costly. It was a very stressful time seeing our pet poorly. We put a claim in with PetPlan and heard within days that they had settled the bill. What a relief! We are hugely grateful.
