Quite simply it's peace of mind

My dog has had a rough time this summer but Petplan have been behind me all the way, so I know that we have the best care. He's now on the mend, I hope! but if things happen to go wrong, Petplan are there for us. Reviewed on: 29th August 2018

I have been with Pet Plan for several years now.

As I have been with Pet Plan now for many years I have felt that my claim would be covered which has been a great comfort to me as I am now an old age pensioner and worry about a large vets bill that I wouldn't be able to afford. My darling little dog Poppy is still very ill and having to continue Vets treatment. Thankfully I have an excellent Vet who is treating my lovely little girl with kindness and understanding and of course I have the back up of Pet Plan which is so vital to me. I can't thank Pet Plan enough and hope my lovely little dog and companion will recover. She is a little rescue dog who was going to be put to sleep at 6 weeks old as they thought she was brain damaged. Luckily I have an excellent friend who saved her and brought her to me, I have had her now for 13 years and she has given me such love and companionship over the years. Many thanks to all concerned. A INSURANCE COMPANY YOU CAN TRUST

Our vet put us onto Petplan when we took our kitten, they told us it was a great plan and that they were a superb insurance company. I was sceptical as insurance companies-whatever they deal in-seem to be only there to line their own nests and do anything to not pay out-I was so wrong, Tigger has not been a well cat with allergies, injuries and his latest is skin lesions, he is now over two and half years old and without the insurance we would have been struggling to pay his vets bills. They have always been there when we needed them, no quibbles, an outstanding company and one that we would wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you Petplan from all of us and Tigger. Payment for claims

We’ve had to claim twice this year for different problems with our dog. Each one was resolved quickly & easily with a simple form to fill in pass on to our vet. Would strongly recommend Petplan. Reviewed on: 25th August 2018

Making a claim

Petplan is a company that is very easy to deal with. When your pet is sick the last thing you need is hassle and Petplan dealt directly with the vet, and is keeping me informed of charges and payments etc. I have recommended Petplan on many occasions. Reviewed on: 24th August 2018

No hassle insurnce claims

Petplan the reliable pet insurer.

Petplan deals efficiently and reliably with any claim made. Claims are quickly assessed and paid in any way that the customer requests ie via the vet or straight into ones Bank account. I would have no reservation in recommending it unreservedly to any pet owner. Reviewed on: 24th August 2018
