Being retired I have wondered about the worth of a Petplan insurance for life (more expensive). However after our 6 year old dog dislocated his hip then getting back costs (minus excess) was very welcome. Also as we now know our dog has arthritic hips then knowing he has cover for life is very reassuring in case of on-going problems. Reviewed on: 30th August 2018

I am absolutely delighted with the service/ customer service this Company offers. We took Willow to the vets, got a claim form that is very easy to fill in. The vets filled in their bit. I’ve just received confirmation that payment will be in my account in the next few days. That’s all we wanted, that peace of mind knowing we are in good hands if anything happens to our pets. Each claim I have made has been settled to my satisfaction very quickly. The call staff are most professional in handling any question or query that you may have. The policy terms and Conditions are and easy to understand what is covered and what is excluded. Providing cover is continuing there are no exclusions on any previously claimed medical conditions.
