Friendly helpful staff quick response to claim

Our wee George the cat was unfortunately hurt and ended up with a face like a balloon - the result from an abcess following being wounded. He was immediately seen at his vet West Port vets in linlithgow who gave him exceptional treatment and forwarded the claim to petplan who have been very quick settling the claim and sending regards for our pet, very pleased with the service received. An Excellent Company

I have used Pet Plan since 2007 and recently my cat Ruby has shown early signs of Kidney problems. She has to go to the vets every three months at the moment for blood and Urine tests. Pet Plan has helped me through my insurance claims with no fuss, and promptly. I would recommend their insurance policies to anyone. Reviewed on: 31st August 2018

My cat fell ill one evening and I had to rush him to an out-of-hours vet for emergency treatment. I claimed for the treatment on my Petplan pet insurance policy and I was delighted that my claim was paid promptly and efficiently - So much better than my previous experiences with car insurance claims! Good pet insurance

Very good insurance and covered the cost of my pets treatment, my only issue is I had to pay out the full cost of treatment and wait to be reimbursed by the insurance, this isn't very helpful when the treatment is expensive and not everyone can afford to pay it out, hence why we have pet insurance in the first place.
