Expensive renewal

Never had to claim on my insurance of 5 years, yet my renewal becomes significantly more expensive each year!! When questioned, was told I could move elsewhere! Very poor customer service Reviewed on: 23rd September 2018

Petplan have been supporting me with caring for my flatcoated retriever puppy who has been having a challenging time with operations. There are no quibbles about the costs or payments and they always refund the correct amount very timeously. Reviewed on: 4th September 2018

Pet plan always repay my claim promptly and explain how the payment is made up. Easy to make my claim, easy to renew each year. More expensive than some but always fair on payout. Reviewed on: 1st September 2018

Efficient Service

My dog recently required two operations and associated follow up treatment. At an emotional time it was great to receive a very efficient and no quibble service from Petplan. Everything was dealt with by the vet and Petplan leaving me with little to do other than to worry about my dog. I can find no fault with the service received. Reviewed on: 1st September 2018
