I have trusted Petplan to care for my pets since 1984

I have had Petplan equine, dog and cat policies since 1984. They are the best in the business and I wouldn’t go with anyone else. Reviewed on: 16th August 2019

simply the best

Have insured my dog with them since he was 8 weeks old. They've been excellent in paying out very quickly whenever I've claimed and I've claimed a lot since he has very serious health issues, they've also not overcharged with the yearly premiums. Can't fault them. Reviewed on: 16th August 2019

Excellent

Petplan are excellent. I've had both my dogs with Petplan since pups. Sadly i've had more than my fair share of claims which have all been dealt with very swiftly with no quibble with the money back in my account in around a week. Highly recommend Petplan. Reviewed on: 16th August 2019

Cover you can rely on

Petplan provides us with an excellent level of cover. They have an excellent reputation in the veterinary industry and are reliable enough that most vets are happy to claim from them directly which would help ease the burden of having to find the money to pay for an unexpected large bill. I've claimed thousands

My horse has had various problems over the years and I've claimed each time hes had something wrong. from Tendon problems, liver disease and a fractured pedal bone payments were made direct to the vet prompt and through friendly staff. Reviewed on: 1st August 2019

The purrrfect insurance..

I have four cats & they are all insured on a multiple pet plan. It was really easy to set up, add all of my information & compare price & plans. I have had to make a claim twice & both times I felt that the excess was completely fair considering how much the bills were. I had no issues with either claim & I didn’t have to do much at all. I hope that I don’t have to make another claim but I’m confident that if I did, it would be as straight forward & simple as before! A great insurance experience. Reviewed on: 25th July 2019

Invaluable peace-of-mind

When our rescue dog Misty became ill with diabetes, and then life-threatening pyometra, PetPlan were incredibly helpful in providing direct payments to the vet. As we are on a low income, we just couldn't afford the almost £7,000 bill for emergency surgery, treatment and aftercare at a specialist Vet Hospital. It's all because of PetPlan insurance that we could afford to see a veterinary ophthalmologist regarding our dog Kimber's rare eye condition. No questions about pay-outs, great over the phone support. Yes you can get cheaper insurance from other companies, but do they cover conditions for life? Do they always pay-out? Do they offer direct payments? And do you feel safe in the knowledge that your pet is protected? Reviewed on: 11th July 2019
