Confidence with an insurance company!

Petplan are fantastic, I had a problem with my dog which has resulted in high vet bills. Filled out a claim form, passed it my vet and less than a week later Petplan have contacted me to confirm payment will be made in a few days, just in time for the bank holiday! Reviewed on: 22nd August 2018

Not just a business but offers the personal touch too.

In times of anxiety when worried about a beloved pet’s health, I have always found Petplan to be very helpful and prompt in dealing with medical bills. Whenever I have spoken to anyone it doesn’t feel like they are just a business as they offer the personal touch through the way their staff interact during conversations as they appear to be genuinely interested in my pet and supportive towards me. My dog has osteoarthritis and there is an ongoing series of claims being made which Petplan are paying. He also suffered another illness for which I hadn't bothered claiming, but Petplan must have picked it up on the Vets documentation and also paid for that too. I wasn't expecting it and was really pleased. Reviewed on: 21st August 2018
