We have been with Petplan since she was a few weeks old and never made a claim I've the last 8 years, but we had to claim for veterinary attention twice this year and both times the process has been simple, hassle-free and has certainly eased a burden off our minds. I’ve been with petplan for many years now and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone My black Labrador Jensen is six years old and has had two hip replacements has to have tablets for his joints Petplan has always paid the vet fees without hesitation fees amounting to well over £14000 over the years so well done petplan regards Richard Sarney Reviewed on: 18th August 2018

Pain free claim

Our gorgeous dog Pepper was suffering with severe weight loss which was a real worry. Eventually our Vet managed to sort the problem but it was quite costly. It was a very stressful time seeing our pet poorly. We put a claim in with PetPlan and heard within days that they had settled the bill. What a relief! We are hugely grateful. My cat Hugo is suffering from polyarthropocy, he was referred to a specialist animal hospital for investigations and petplan were amazing . They covered all of Hugo’s treatment and he is now beginning to recover. Reviewed on: 17th August 2018

Fortunately our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel has had good health and no accidents over the past few years. Last year she developed a heart murmur and now needs a pill twice a day for the rest of her life. The tablets are expensive but as it was a new condition the treatment was covered by Petplan. This helps with our peace of mind. The claim process is simple with a downloadable form that is easy to complete. We are reimbursed quickly. My young dog was diagnosed with an eye problem that required specialist ophthalmic treatment. Petplan were amazing throughout this trying time. They even agreed to deal directly with the specialist vets and kept me informed and updated on my claim. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them more strongly. Having a poorly dog is very upsetting and worrying, especially when as a family we have ongoing health problems to deal with as well.
