Our beloved dog Teddy has had a few health issues, mostly minor but one major - pancreatitis. Petplan has paid out for every single claim we have made on behalf of Teddy. It is so reassuring to know we have the best pet insurance there is on the market today. Reviewed on: 16th August 2018

My dog had an abscess - the vet was brilliant and fixed her up speedily. They submitted the claim and it has been paid in super quick time. Reviewed on: 15th August 2018

On the occasions I have had to claim for both of my cats through Petplan; there has been no problems. Once forms are completed and submitted the fee has been returned to my account without any hassle. Just what the customer needs, an excellent service. Reviewed on: 15th August 2018
