Fantastic Service!

Our cat has been insured with petplan since a kitten. She had a very serious eye condition and PetPlan were fantastic, paying out over £3000 when she was a year old. She has now had a tooth infection - we recieved the payment before our credit card bill was due! Reviewed on: 12th August 2018

Claims Settled Promptly & Without Fuss

This is the first pet insurance I have bought and I am very pleased that I chose Petplan as I seem to have an accident/illness prone cat. Expensive claims for cruciate ligament surgery/diabetes and dental problems have all been settled quickly and without any fuss. And without any effort by me as all the admin is handled online by the veterinary practice. Reviewed on: 12th August 2018

Fabulous service

My Dobermann has had a bad six months with a toxic stomach, diagnosis and treatment for spondylosis throughout his spine and then diagnosis and chemo for lymphoma. Petplan have paid quickly and without question all the claims I have submitted, easing any extra burden for me so I can concentrate on supporting my boy through this rough time for him. We have unfortunately had to make use of our Pet Insurance on several occasions. Probably not the cheapest on the market, but certainly provides excellent cover, excellent and speedy service - I would certainly recommend Petplan to anyone, as it has consistently proved its value.
