Lottie has to have stitches in her right paw, which was quite upsetting enough at the time then having taken her to the vets for treatment, we were then given a £413.00 bill, thank goodness for pet plan who not only agreed to cover this amount less our £100 excessive, but agreed to pay us within 5 working days. Excellent consistant service and support

I've been with Pet Plan for many years. They have insured all my own dogs and two retired Guide Dogs as well. Although I have made several claims over the years they have always been paid promptly. There has also never been any problem about continuation of insurance for a chronic illness. In my opinion, Pet Plan offer the best pet insurance on the market in the UK, together with a very high level of customer service and care. I would recommend them to every pet owners. No need to hesitate

I had the option of taking my cat to a specialist as my vet was unable to diagnose. I did not have to think about it as I knew petplan would cover most of the cost.I received my insurance money within less than a week. Reviewed on: 5th August 2018

NO insurance is perfect, but Petplan is the best when it comes to your dogs. We have one dog fighting cancer for two years and Petplan are still helping us. Twenty eight visits to Fitzpatrick Referrals, over £30k costs and they are still paying the majority with quick and simple claims process Reviewed on: 4th August 2018

Very quick to respond to claims

My dog had a serious operation which cost over £4000. We had to pay the vet on the day we collected George. It was a lot of money to find but once we submitted the claim to Petplan it was quickly paid into our account. The knowledge that we would be reimbursed so quickly was a huge relief.
