Very quick to pay claims , my dog has elbow dysphasia so I have had several claims for treatment. All paid quickly. Reviewed on: 27th July 2022

Very comprehensive cover and fare

Insurer with integrity and compassion

My dog had cancer which she died from. Pet plan made it easy to concentrate on her care. As soon as the condition was detected they allowed a ongoing claim to be opened which paid the vet and veterinary cancer specialists directly. They were kind in all their interactions with me including when I cancelled my policy because my dog had died. They are more expensive then other insurers but the peace of mind that if my dog is ill, they will pay and the process will be easy meant I chose them again for my new puppy. Everything sorted quickly

My Maltese was attacked by a dog last November and without the help of my vets, Hird & Partners, Halifax, and Petplan, I don’t know how we would have coped. We had wonderful care and I can’t imagine what would have happened without the insurance from Petplan, I would never be without it. Reviewed on: 27th July 2022

Great health care plan for pets
