PetPlan have been nothing but great since signing up with them 2 years ago. The callers on their helpline genuinely care and are brilliant in assisting with any problems or queries. I love that they also send emails tailored to your pet pretty much monthly advising what to look out for as the seasons change, how to keep your animal safe and general advice. Hadn't been with petplan long when my dog needed surgery on her legs, they were fantastic all that mattered to them was my dogs health, and their news letters are really good give great advice Reviewed on: 31st July 2022

Cat adoption

I adopted my cat when she was eleven. She was obviously upset at having to leave her original home but I let her do her own thing and now she has settled down really well. I am glad to have petplan for her if she becomes unwell and needs treatment. Reviewed on: 30th July 2022
