Pockit are scammers with no phone number

Had £300 scammed from my account a month later still ping ponging emails and there blaming me now instead of replacing my money Saying I authorised it why would I authorise some one who’s scammed me Beware go with a decent card who have a phone number like Monzo or revolut Reviewed on: 4th October 2023

Fraud on Pockit account

have been a customer of Pockit since 2017 and have had no problems up until now.On the 31st of August I had my card scammed and money was taken to buy shares from a company called kraken exchange it's a bitcoin company to the sum of £916.Contact has been made with pockit and a charge back form has been sent back to them with all the imformation that was required at that time. Giving pockit the benefit of the doubt it does take some time for an investigation to take place and the charge back to be made to my account but I have all fingers crossed that this will not be a problem. However I have the financial Ombudsman and the PSI-PAY LTD on stand by if I need to go down that road lets just hope and pray that is not needed.I must stress guys that you need to keep and eye on your account and if so block it so scams/Frauds like this do not happen to you.Looking forward to a positive out come Pockit August 21st Update After three weeks and many emails a charge back has now been credited to my account and taken out and put into a bank I can trust.Guys do NOT have large amounts of money put into pockit or the out come might not be good for you.As for me I was very lucky and will NOT be caught out like that again Reviewed on: 26th September 2023

Disgusting

I've been with pockit for 3 years and they have now suspended my account asking for verification no phone not answering emails every thing is robots this is not right I can access my money this is my money not yours. Then to find out pockit is run by Pakistans and only 2 in office and not replying to anyone and also to find out they have been selling my details if u look in to your payees on Internet banking not app it shows they have been using my account to set up direct debits to 7 differnt country's Ukraine Pakistan this is not bank account guys if u have been with them it will eventually happen to u as they are fraudulent your accounts for there own personal uses then they hold on to your money and ask for more information don't fall for it any company that holds your money finicially should have contact number they are falling on vulnerable people guys please listen to me Reviewed on: 16th September 2023

Disgraceful company

Since I opened my account I’ve gave them all identification etc they ask for,then after allowing me to load £249 they have suspended my account . I have over a week ago gave them the info and still same ,3 emails and no answer and 2 subscriptions declined . Absolute joke of company Reviewed on: 1st September 2023

Dispute

I was scammed my a company, I opened a dispute the company then replied with fake evidence I then offered to give explanation that the evidence they have is fake and they also have more evidence they refused outright and said that is not possible even though it is via Mastercard dispute rules! Avoid at all costs!

Avoid this bank at all costs. I have sent 10+ emails about a disputed transaction and the fact that Pockit have received the funds from the disputed transactions and have also debited my account with the same amount…..stay well clear! Reviewed on: 17th July 2023

Robbers, thieves closet artists

A poor company ...my account constantly in review since May 2021....since then no feedback, answering their fones or relevant feedback to missing funds or the shutdown of the account...how can this company still be allowed to operate? Reviewed on: 7th July 2023

Complete spank

After months of being paid into my Pockit account by my company they suddenly froze my account and won’t let me access my money. Won’t reply to my emails and after sending of all the documents to prove the payment including wage slips they still have not released it… avoid this company and before you think this won’t happen to you read reviews on here and trust pilot everyone saying the same can’t all be lying Reviewed on: 19th April 2023
