Suspended my account for no reason just the day befo...

Suspended my account for no reason just the day before my wages went in so I had no access to them. Once the suspended ur account you cannot speak to anyone on live chat so you just get a gernetic email which they do not reply to. I sent all they asked for. 2 weeks gave past. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Avoid at all costs!

Avoid this bank at all costs. I have sent 10+ emails about a disputed transaction and the fact that Pockit have received the funds from the disputed transactions and have also debited my account with the same amount…..stay well clear! Reviewed on: 17th July 2023

Complete spank

After months of being paid into my Pockit account by my company they suddenly froze my account and won’t let me access my money. bad bank

very unproffessional bank. they asked me for my selfie and id etc. but still closed my account. they say i fall outside of their risk appetite. this is a lie because ive never gone into debt. my account had always been in debit. these small banks are not very good. thats why they have so many bad reviews.
