Good service

I have been with Policy Expert for a few years now. I have had a good experience with them. They have good communication and give you your new quote with plenty of notice. I have remained with them because they are one of the lowest quotes I have got. I have been lucky to not make a claim but I feel that I would get good service if I was to do so. I'm happy with the service I've received so far from Policy Expert. Customer service I have found was very helpful and my policy was a good price, so much so that I've just renewed for another year. It's also easy to access all your documents online. I've fortunately not had to make a claim (and hopefully never will have to) so obviously I can only hope their service level doesn't drop in the event of a claim having to be made of course!
