Found this company on the Internet, filled in the relevant form to get a quote and was very pleasantly surprised. I thought that's cheap, I'd better check I'd got all the details correct, yes, I had! Needless to say the payment was soon on its way. Reviewed on: 15th September 2022

No hassle following prang

I had a daft bump at work in which I damaged my car and a colleague's. I have never made a claim in nearly 40 years of driving and have read so many horror stories online of companies trying every way possible to avoid payout. However, not Policy Expert. I called them, my car (and my colleagues) were picked up after a few days. They are due to be returned fully repaired tomorrow (just over a week later). Great hassle free service. Every communication I've had has been very straight forward. Customer service is top notch, always helpful and friendly. If course cost is most important to most, especially these days, and they've delivered on price too. Very competitively priced, renewal quote went down instead of up this year, seems like the 1st time in a long time that's happened with any other companies. Reviewed on: 15th September 2022
