Made an 'at fault' claim last April which was dealt with smoothly, quickly and conveniently. After extensive comparisons with other companies, I have just renewed my insurance with Sure Thing who offered the best terms and price. I'm happy to remain with this efficient brokerage. I can’t fault Sure thing for their customer service. Very helpful staff who try hard to make your life easier and make the insurance business easy. They make sure you get the best deal they can, even for returning customers. I got no hikes in price, my insurance went down rather than up.
