Made an 'at fault' claim last April which was dealt with smoothly, quickly and conveniently. After extensive comparisons with other companies, I have just renewed my insurance with Sure Thing who offered the best terms and price. I'm happy to remain with this efficient brokerage. I can’t fault Sure thing for their customer service. Very helpful staff who try hard to make your life easier and make the insurance business easy. They make sure you get the best deal they can, even for returning customers. I got no hikes in price, my insurance went down rather than up. Sensibly price can top on all comparison sites and free dash cam

I did lots of looking at quotes on all comparison sites and they came up best with the extras I wanted at no extra cost and I was going to buy a dash cam which now I don't have too. Easy site to use too Reviewed on: 13th September 2019

I found the experience of using sure thing online very easy and no long drawn out questions anyone could complete the application and the price is amazing I looked for new insurance because my previous broker was so expensive and I am getting more from Sure Thing and at a cheaper price so thanks Reviewed on: 13th September 2019
