A problem solved

A part of the package I purchased included an in car camera which I decided to have fitted by Halfords. I knew that there would be a charge for the fitting , but Halfords tried to make an additional charge for the parts to hard wire the camera. Which I refused. On returning home I contacted James at sure thing and told him of the additional charge. He was shocked and had never heard of this before. He offered to investigate the problem and within the hour rang me back to let me know he had resolved the problem. First class customer service. Reviewed on: 1st August 2017

Telephone assistance

Usually i do my insurance on the line, but my tinternet was down and phoned up to insure my car. The girl went through everything robustly and it was all done in 5-10 mins. I havnt had to make any claims and hopefully dont have to but i have every confidence it will be dealt with expertly. Reviewed on: 1st August 2017
