Excellent customer service

This is my third year with this company, the customer service is brilliant very friendly and can have a giggle on the phone. It's so easy to use customer portal so don't have to ring often because everything is accessible on ur own account online. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Great service, and I've had excellent experiences.

I feel its good value and affordable, and im fully covered in my policy with a lot of benefits included. Ive experienced a breakdown after finishing work early hours of the morning and everything was dealt with as quick as they could, but because i had a serious issue with the car and it just wouldn't start at all. They provided a recovery vehicle to escort me and my vehicle back home. I've felt cared for as a customer and thats why i will be renewing my policy again in the future. Competitive and covered

I like how when I needed to claim the process going from a, to b and then c wasn't particularly difficult. I reported my claim, was connected with repair centre and then repair centre handled it. That's insurance, working. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023
