Exactly what you would want from an insurer

The quote was the perfect balance between excellent terms and competitive pricing and the website was clear and easy to use. It was a breeze getting the policy set up and obtaining the documents. Had what seems like the fundamentals of customer experience go wrong with several insurers but this was a stellar example of how to do it right! Thoroughly recommended and will continue to use them (if their pricing doesn’t ballon on re-sign of course). Not had to make a claim fortunately, so can’t speak to that process at the moment.
