Anytime I have had to deal with the customer service team the staff have been quick to resolve any issues in a polite, efficient manner. So easy to deal with

Luckily I haven’t had to claim on my house insurance so cannot comment on this side of matters as to the company however, when mum passed away last December their help was invaluable. They really did care, explained what would happen until the sale of the house went through and when this did happen one phone call produced a small refund.
