Great service and easy to deal with

After the big freeze last winter I needed some burst pipes fixed. Despite unprecedented claims, they had alternative procedures in place and the problem was solved satisfactorily. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Good but needs some improvement

Currently in my 4th year of building and contents insurance, always been affordable and convenient but now I need them the process is long winded and has many obstacles with to many in house operators prioritising the company over the customer. No one wants to claim but like now we have no choice, it's already a traumatic and emotional incident without the complexity of an app that has to be the means of communication through a claim. Needing to claim on home insurance

Could not be beaten

Nothing on the comparison sites could beat the amount of cover for the price. Came up best for my Mum too on house insurance. Easy to arrange online. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023
