Top class service

Been with policy expert for a few years now, had a storm claim last year and a home emergency claim year before - both claims were dealt with efficiently and quickly, great communication and quick payout. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Great service and easy to deal with

After the big freeze last winter I needed some burst pipes fixed. Despite unprecedented claims, they had alternative procedures in place and the problem was solved satisfactorily. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Good but needs some improvement

Currently in my 4th year of building and contents insurance, always been affordable and convenient but now I need them the process is long winded and has many obstacles with to many in house operators prioritising the company over the customer. No one wants to claim but like now we have no choice, it's already a traumatic and emotional incident without the complexity of an app that has to be the means of communication through a claim. Needing to claim on home insurance

Could not be beaten
