Always the experts!!!

Policy expert always provide a friendly and helpful service. No matter what I have contacted for I.e. renewal or to discuss my policy they have always been polite, courteous and well mannered explaining everything in an understandable manner. There is not much more I can say about policy expert or their service in comparison to other companies I have used in the past. Like my title says… always the experts!! Price increases

Does what it says on the tin!!!

Toilet flush button stopped working ( sunday) rang monday morning within a couple of hours they had sent a plumber who had repaired it! Very pleased and impressed. Got exactly what I paid for- for once. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Home insurance

My policy was very easy to understand and to set up online. It had clear instructions and guidance on how to complete the forms and different levels of insurance was also clear to suit everyone's differing types of insurance needed. My renewal quote was also clearly set out and sent so enough time was given for me to make sure the level of cover was still the same as the year before Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Clear, straightforward and listened.

I took out House insurance with Policy Expert having seen a favourable quote from a trusted Finance website. On the phone they were speedy, on top of things, listened closely to what i wanted and put it together for me plain and simple. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023
