The most important thing is done well.

How often to any of us actually need to speak to our insurance agent? Never hopefully, but when you do, you don't want to be hanging on the phone for an hour before you even speak to them!! I have had to speak to policy expert twice, both times I was through and my issues were dealt with within 15 minutes! So with this and the best price too I'm very happy with them for our insurance! Fast efficient service

I had the misfortune of a progressive plumbing leak which was causing extensive damage. Policy Expert handled my claim quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption. Great value home insurance and easy accessibility on line.

Besides being easy to purchase home insurance on line with Policy Expert,they also give extra cover which is still added when you renew the following years with only a moderate increase , and still undercut rival insurance company quotes. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023
