So Incredibly Helpful

Our kitchen - which was less than a year old - was ruined by an escape of water. I was so stressed out - I’d never made an insurance claim before and I was concerned about mould affecting my baby, who has various health issues. Every Policy Expert employee I interacted with was so kind and patient. They were willing to answer any question I had. (I had a lot of questions!) The First Response team were prompt and quick to get to work. The online portal is secure and easy to navigate. The Policy Expert team couldn’t have been more supportive. I’m happy to say that work is underway on my kitchen to get it back to how it was. I’ve already renewed my home insurance policy with them - I didn’t even bother to look elsewhere.
