300% increase in premium

Policy Expert increased my premium from £261pa to more than £900 without giving me prior notice nor explaining the reason for the increase. Because I was away for summer holidays at the time I didn't notice the discrepancy for more than 30 days and so when I cancelled my policy I was charged for that period at the higher rate. Exactly how insurance should be

Policy expert were the cheapest quote once I added legal cover and home emergency. The website was easy to navigate and the whole purchasing process took just a few minutes.
