I've applied for home insurance through Policy Expert using the Compare the Market website. It was quite easy to use, and the options we're user-friendly. Great price , excellent service

The website was playing up so I couldn't pay on line . Customer service lady was brilliant , went thro all policy details quickly and efficiently , added 2 bikes for free , so easy and straightforward . Efficient and helpful.

My renewal came up recently and of course after the shopping around they were quite happy to recheck and although not coming down to the cheapest quote I had it was close enough for me to remain with them for a third year. No complaints. Reviewed on: 15th April 2018
