Efficient Competitive

Taken out policy for 4th year in a row with policy expert - premiums haven't shot up at renewal time. Certainly user friendly call staff - not too pushy-they ring you so avoids any nasty premium line calls to insurers. Reviewed on: 18th December 2017

No cover for theft

Good price, Good website, Good levels of cover, but an endorsement stating loss from theft when 'no lawful person is home' is NOT covered (no reference to forced entry in this part) means I've had to cancel and take my business to an insurance company who will actually insure me against theft.....
