Great price, barely increased since last year and the exact level of contents cover wanted

Great clarity over the various covers for valuables, cycles, sheds and external items, so that it was all very clear and exactly the levels of cover we wanted. Also the policy and schedule and the payment options were all written so clearly that there was no ambiguity. Reviewed on: 9th September 2017

Most helpful telephone staff

Upon phoning to check if I could purchase my house insurance policy found online by phone a most pleasant and helpful member of their team called Amy arranged to call me back the next day at a time of my choosing to set up the policy the whole procedure took only 15mins and I was very pleased with the price and service I received Reviewed on: 9th September 2017

Great Service

This will be my third year with Policy Expert and each time they have been able to give me a good premium including added extras. I always do all the comparisons each year and so far have not found anywhere else to match their price. As long as that continues I will stay with them.
