Very happy with our policy, we have been looked after by purley pets when we had to make a claim but there was no fuss, dealt with promptly and that's why I chose Purley Pets Reviewed on: 29th June 2020

I had to use my insurance policy for my 10 year old dog 2 recently. She was diagnosed blind late December and then in February she was diagnosed with abdominal cancer and sadly died. I was devastated however the call centre staff were terrific and very sympathetic. Couldn’t rate then higher. Reviewed on: 29th June 2020

The initial process is simple and competitive on the market. The renewal process is equally simple. I've not had to make a claim yet so I don't know about that side, but the provided coverage ticked all the boxes at the time I took it out. Reviewed on: 29th June 2020

Supportive at a time when it was needed!

Having had to take our puppy to the vets in an emergency the stress levels were already phenomenally high! Purely pets were supportive during and after our claim and we were hugely grateful for that.
