Fast, friendly and efficient

I have had three dog insured with them and if I have made a claim it has been easy and quick to claim. When my dogs died the team was brilliant, it is an upsetting time but they took all the worries out of the insurance side of things. Good Quality Cover - Reasonable Price

I have two cats insured through Purely Pets and have renewed with them as I have found them to be reasonably priced for a good standard of cover. This was proved when I needed to make a claim for my five year old cat. At her six monthly vet check, our vet picked up a strong heart murmur and advised us to get this checked out. This involved booking her in to the local pet hospital for the investigations. It wasn't cheap so we chose to claim. The process was simple and efficient and the staff we spoke to at Purely Pets were kind, helpful and friendly. I was surprised that it was so simple. I expected her renewal premium to be much higher due to the claim but it only increased by less than one pound. I would highly recommend Purely Pets. In an industry where customers can, and do, get fleeced regularly they seem to be honourable. I'm not looking to switch my business away from them any time soon. Reviewed on: 11th July 2019
