Good Quality Cover - Reasonable Price

I have two cats insured through Purely Pets and have renewed with them as I have found them to be reasonably priced for a good standard of cover. This was proved when I needed to make a claim for my five year old cat. At her six monthly vet check, our vet picked up a strong heart murmur and advised us to get this checked out. This involved booking her in to the local pet hospital for the investigations. It wasn't cheap so we chose to claim. The process was simple and efficient and the staff we spoke to at Purely Pets were kind, helpful and friendly. I was surprised that it was so simple. I expected her renewal premium to be much higher due to the claim but it only increased by less than one pound. I would highly recommend Purely Pets. In an industry where customers can, and do, get fleeced regularly they seem to be honourable. I'm not looking to switch my business away from them any time soon. Reviewed on: 11th July 2019

I found them great to deal with in all aspects. It was very easy to start a policy with them and to maintain the same policy as all the staff at all levels are very helpful. Easy, cheap & very friendley

My dog has been insured with Purely Pets for a number of years. He is now 11 years old and was recently diagnosed with kidney failure for which claims are made for his treatment. I have always found communication with the company to be quick and easy and the staff are always very friendly and helpful and claims are settled extremely quickly. Reviewed on: 10th July 2019

Take the stress out of a traumatic situation

I have insured all of my dogs with Purely Pets and unfortunately needed to make a number of claims for a much loved dog who sadly had cancer. A little bit of heaven
