I haven't had to use their services yet thankfully, but I really appreciate knowing that they have a helpline 24/7. Signing up was quick and easy, and they offered a wide variety of cover levels to suit my needs. I wanted a lower excess, which I got, but my monthly payments are still very reasonable.
