Excellent plan options and really easy to apply for online. And when I had a query the call centre was very polite and helpful. My query was closed down and enabled me to proceed with my plan option. Overall a very satisfying experience. Reviewed on: 10th July 2019

Prompt and efficient service

Our cat hasn’t had any problems until he came up to his 16th year and starting having kidney issues and high blood pressure. Fortunately his medication is covered on our plan as we have to purchase low protein, Prescription food too. Main thing is he’s well and blood pressure is back to normal with his stats better too. Purely pets handled our claim efficiently and paid monies directly into my bank account. Would definitely recommend them. Reviewed on: 10th July 2019

I took over pet insuramce from a friend who due to illness couldn't keep their belived pet. Unfortunately the dog jad a history of problems but they were so understanding that they have allowed me to keep the existing policy and not have to take out a new one which would have meant the dogs problems would have been excluded.
