Paid in full absolutely fantastic service

Very sick cat they paid the vets bill which was well over £1200 in full and very quickly. The call takers were polite and extremely helpful. I would certainly recommend them. Reviewed on: 10th July 2019

Taking out the policy in the first instance was very easy, the web site is clear and precise, when I wished to clarify a policy clause they were helpful and answered me in plain English. Unfortunately we have had to make a claim and this has been handled sympathetically and as per their policy, which has reduced the stress of our dogs illness and elevated the concern over payment. Excellent cover when we needed it

As always the test of a good insurance company only happens when the worst happens. Unfortunately we had need to to make two claims this year, but I have to say the service, response times and payments were excellent. A star performer who delivered on their promises. Reviewed on: 10th July 2019

Took out insurance for my most precious Dog... it was easy and straightforward with no hidden catches. Chose my level of cover and I know exactly what cover I have.
