I swapped from bought by many which was supposed to be the best out there ,. Renewal price was a joke,I found Purley pet s by chance ,great surprise when you gave the best price ever . I’ve sadly, had to make numerous claims for two of my little dogs over the last couple of years and there has never been a hitch - each claim was seamless and any time I’ve had to call their office, the customer service has been great!
