fantastic mobile app

The mobile app is easy to set up and use. I use it daily and its extremely useful for my banking needs, able to transfer and move money around on the move. has great features such as the get cash to help in situations where iv forgotten my bank card. meets my banking needs along with my busy lifestyle. cant recommend the mobile app enough. They Closed My Account

Opened an account with RBS, got my sort code and account number straight away, then my card came along with my pin, set my new account up at my work for to get paid and 3days before I got paid they closed my account for no reason, called them and nobody can tell me why!! RBS caters for my needs

Great account

Great account with fantastic benefits. £17 per month but this gives you mobile phone insurance. travel insurance, free passes to historical scotland attractions plus many more Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

Good but opening times could be better!

I have been with RBS for over 15 years and they have always been adaptable regarding different stages of my life. My only gripe is that my local bank does not open on Saturdays and when I work away during the week my nearest is 50 miles away. Reviewed on: 11th June 2017

Not What I Want

I am not very interested in bundles of add-ons of varying value but I am appalled that any bank offers as a premium product, a current account with an annual fee of over £200 and then applies an annual overdraft interest rate of about 20%, particularly to a long-standing customer with an impeccable credit history. Disappointing

I was disappointed to discover that after being persuaded, or rather cajoled, into changing from an expensive fee-paying current account to my present even more expensive fee-paying current account, that, if I should overdraw at any point, in addition to paying an outrageous interest rate higher than that charged by any credit card I hold, I would also be charged a lump sum of £6 for the privilege.
