The best rate out there presently, for your savings. I have not yet needed to contact customer service to be able to comment on that side. You can open your account and manage your savings online and via a phone app. Reviewed on: 12th March 2025

Ok rate good to use account

Was very easy and straight forwards to set up, haven’t had any issues therefore not had to talk to anyone so can’t give any thing but neutral for customer service, it is good value for returns obviously would like slightly higher rate special as it’s a 95 day notice accouny Reviewed on: 12th March 2025
