RCI BANK WANT TO HOLD MY MONEY ILLEGALLY

They want hold my money illegaly even though I've provided sufficient evidence of my visa to italy. They want to bring up restrictions because of address change in September last year but I was a recipient of a letter from RCI BANK confirming my address change. What do you mean RCI? I fly on Tuesday. We've been at this 3 weeks and all your doing is moving the goal posts. Lastest delay being 5 days with me ending up calling in but you quick to tell me you couldnt open attachments. You have my visa..my registered rental contract. I want what was said to me on phone this morning regarding situation confirmed in writing but I was told by the advisor you can't send emails when on the phone. These frauds just to hold onto 5k and bit longer. I dont even want that echeap 2.7% on that 5k anymore. No manager available as always just hiding saying they in meetings.
