Super helpful

I always was able to get through to an experienced person immediately I needed help by telephone. I was very happy with the whole experience, from the first deposit through to receiving my funds at the end of the fixed term. I’ve found the whole experience of dealing with RCI bank straight forward and efficient, also the website is very clear and easy to navigate. The latter is especially important to people who aren’t so confident with online banking . I’ve recommended this bank to several people as the interest rates on different saving options are great.
