Good value savings account

Good rate of interest

Good but takes a while to withdraw

Easy to operate account

Having chosen RCI originally because of the good interest rates offered, these are now not maybe now the best on offer, but the savings accounts offered by RCI are easy to operate and the website is easy to navigate. I like the ability to open more than one account for different purposes. On the one occasion that I've needed to make contact by phone, this was dealt with swiftly and in a friendly manner. Good account for moving money about.

I find the Freedom savings account good for keeping some money in that I can access easily. I am pleased the the interest rate increased as soon as the base rate rise was announced. Reviewed on: 21st January 2022

Great bank for intrest and security

I joined the bank in 2015 when interest rates where somewhat higher but as they came down RCI staved off lowering the rate as long as they could, but still managed to keep it slightly above the normal big banks also as soon as there was any improvement in rates, they adjusted theirs promptly. I have been very impressed by their security their prompt notifications and the easy to understand internet banking site, I would definitely recommend anyone to use this bank. Dealing with the bank and managing my account online is always clear and straightforward. There is a consistency about the whole process which I appreciate against the backdrop of so many organisations forever updating their app, processes and modes of contact and communication.
