App is excellent to use.

Easy to see all of my accounts on the app. If I need money out it is in my chosen bank the next morning. The app is easy to use and shows me everything that I need. My money feels safe in the RCI bank. Reviewed on: 28th January 2026

My Freedom Savings Account

I have had a Freedom Savings Account for a number of years now, accessing and using the account online is easy and the interest rates are good. That's all I want from a savings account, perfect. Reviewed on: 28th January 2026

Good rates and never a problem.

RCI have always had good rates and I have never had a problem with them so cannot honestly tell you what their customer service is like. The only niggle is that if a withdrawal request is made after 1pm then funds will not arrive the same day, they arrive the next working day after 1pm. Reviewed on: 28th January 2026
